The belt hook features a curved shaft with dragon head terminals at both ends. The shaft is decorated in a famille rose palette with ruyi head designs surrounding an iron-red panel at the midpoint of the shaft, mimicking a central gemstone. All against a turquoise ground with gilt highlights. With a Qianlong mark in red to the reserved square on the reverse.
