PROVENANCE
Acquired by an Important Montreal Estate, 1960s
Rising from a splayed foot to a rounded shoulder, surmounted by a tall cylindrical neck with a wide, flaring mouth. Decorated on the body with continuous figural scenes of warriors and servants in a mountainous landscape. The neck is decorated with a court scene, with the lord dressed in yellow, accompanied by his servants and attendants. Mounted as a lamp.
