On a bright orange ground, the panel shows a large gold-threaded five-clawed dragon encircling a flaming pearl of wisdom and surrounded by blue clouds and ocean waves. The corners depict geometric bands and a large lotus bloom.
The other work is a large two-part 19th Century silk panel containing an elephant standing four-square and surmounted by a large vase with precious antiques, all surrounded by foliage and longevity fungus. The top section shows a crane roundel flanked by two fu-lions.
