This piece is one of two posters signed by Yoko Ono which were commissioned for the 2005 - 2007 Vancouver Sculpture Biennale, made available for the supporting auction conducted by Christie's.
Ono's Imagine Peace series is an ongoing public art installation which has been displayed around the world in both physical and digital formats. In response to current events, the installation re-appeared throughout the month of March every evening at 20:22 PM on some of the world's largest LED billboards in major metropolitan areas, including Times Square, Piccadilly Circus and K-Pop Square in Seoul, among others.
