 •  Overall, this work is in very good to excellent condition

 •  This work was inspected out of the frame

 •  Very minor Tear present Along the upper edge
 •  Artist's pinholes present In the upper corners which is inherent to the materials and methods used by the artist
 •  Extremely minor The edges of the paper are uneven Along the lower edge which is inherent to the materials and methods used by the artist
